Sonshine Prepaid / Refund Policy

1. A refund of a prepaid appointment is subject to a 5% surcharge for processing fees incurred by Sonshine.

2. Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason after our service personnel arrives at your home or business, you have
the option of (1) requesting a refund less a$50- $75 cancellation fee that Sonshine must charge to compensate our personnel
for the work and travel time completed for you, or (2) to have service performed equal to the value of your pre-payment
