Those clients demanding a "first appointment" must be willing to have their windows serviced on days with slightly inclement weather. We will work with you to service the interior units during inclement weather and complete the exterior units as weather permits. A service charge will be applied on cancelled services scheduled as "first appointments only" due to slightly inclement weather. The reason for this is when the first appointment of the day reschedules, it inconveniences all other clients scheduled on that day.

Sunny On sunny days, we can perform all services ordered.	Partly Sunny On partly sunny days, we can perform all services ordered.
Intermittent Showers On days with intermittent showers, we can usually perform all services ordered working inside during showers and doing the outside as weather permits.	Thunderstorm During thunderstorms, we can usually perform all services ordered working inside during the storm and waiting for the storm to pass to complete the outside.
Heavy Rain With Wind During days with heavy rain with wind, we can usually wash the insides of your windows and schedule the outside for another day.
