The following services can be provided:

cleaning, flushing and Caltex gutter cleaning

1. We will need to know the number of stores in your home.
2. Please let us know when the gutters have some type of gutter guards.
3. Can the gutters be cleaned from roof or must be cleaned from ladder.
4. Please understand that we can only give you an approximate price and all final pricing is subject to onsite approval and work commencement.

Gutter Cleaning

We will remove all the debris from the gutters and place it in a container such as a trash bag or can and place it in a designated area.

Gutter/Downspout Flushing

We will use water to flush the interior of the gutters and/or downspouts. We will also rinse off the sides of the gutters.

Caltex Gutter/Downspout Cleaning

We will perform a Caltex cleaning of the exterior gutter and remove and flush the debris from the interior gutters and downspouts.

Pricing is based on linear feet by stories and whether we can reach the gutters off the roof or off a ladder.

Debris is bagged and left at curbside for client (unless otherwise specified).

Additional charges may apply due to the following:

1. Gutters and downspouts are extremely, extremely packed with material due to an excessive amount of trees, numerous years of neglect, etc.
2. The need to remove/replace any gutter guards to complete the services you ordered.
3. Difficult terrain (hills, inclines, slopes, bushes, etc.)
