Glass restoration is a delicate process that is used to remove residual stains and dirt build up. Our service personnel will perform a chemical wash of the necessary glass surfaces that have these stains. This process enhances the clarity of the glass. If necessary, we recommend this service be performed after the initial cleaning. In some cases an additional appointment will need to be scheduled to perform this service. If this process is not performed when recommended, permanent damage to the glass may occur. If a window is stained to the point where it is etched into the glass, Sonshine will not be held responsible if the window "clouds up" in the process of trying to remove that stain.

Our personnel will be provided with scrapers and razor blades in order to remove any paint, varnish, silicone, stucco/mortar, tape, labels or other substances from the glass that cannot be washed off. Some glass is soft and can sometimes be scratched. For this reason, Sonshine will not be held responsible for any scratches that may occur during this process.

Prior to our arrival, it is the responsibility to clear the window area (remove all plants, knick knacks & small furniture away from the windows and clear curtains/drapes, blinds and shades away as far as possible). This way our personnel can spend all their professional time cleaning and taking care of your windows. If Sonshine employees need to move any furniture, blinds, drapes, knick knacks, etc, due to the clients lack of preparation prior to job starting, Sonshine and its employees will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during any normal preparations they may be left to perform. Should you wish Sonshine to clean windows in area where landscaping does not allow easy access to the windows, Sonshine cannot be responsible for incidental damage to plants, shrubs or flower beds due to the placement of ladders.
