When our service technicians arrive at your home, they have been instructed to check the following:
Our service technicians will clarify the units you want serviced and go over the price with you before they begin. After we perform the estimate for you, we can provide you with a complete description of units to be serviced by location or floor and various costs to perform that service. We can also make recommendations as to what services are needed in addition to what services you requested us to do.
Sonshine’s final pricing must be subject to onsite approval and work commencement. We do our best to given an estimate that will be very close to an actual cost. We cannot, however, perform a $300.00 service for $150.00 just to meet the quote for an incorrect description of the units ordered as described by the customer, an incorrect description of the units serviced by a previous Sonshine service technician or an unforeseen problem that might arise in the commencement of work. Our employees are paid for the service performed and not for the time spent (with the exception of our New Hourly Service for "first time serviced" clients where we cannot get a description of the units over the telephone and we cannot get to the site to review the work requested).
We have found that an accurate price is fair to both the client and the employee and allows the company to continue in business.
