Inspection of Units

We ask that you make our service technicians aware of any problem area that you are aware of such as windows or storms that are cracked, sashes that will not stay up, rips or tears in you screens or anything that may present a problem for our technicians.

Before beginning your service, we ask our service personnel to check the windows for cracked glass and notify the client of any existing damage. If we wash these windows, we cannot be responsible if the glass is broken further during window washing. In some cases, we may have to refuse to wash or handle broken glass. If windows / screens / doors / storms are mechanically broken or in ill condition, we cannot be held responsible for further breakage in the process of handling or cleaning.

If windows have been painted or caulked shut, you should have them released before we arrive. If you want Sonshine to attempt to open these units, we cannot be held responsible for chipping or cracking paint / glass from unsticking windows that will not open or working with windows that were broken prior to our arrival.

If any windows are "out of frame" (glass separated from the frames), we cannot be held responsible for further damage to the frame or glass in the process of handling or cleaning.
