How Sonshine Window Cleaning Estimates Are Done

All estimates are based on the answers to the following questions:

  1. Is your home/business two-story, three-story, or above?
  2. Are there any doors you want cleaned such as entry doors, sliding doors, French doors, or storm doors?
  3. Do you have any oversized windows such as a picture/bay window? If so, does this window have a separate storm that comes off and if it does, is it on the first floor or the second floor?
  4. Do you have any skylights that need to be cleaned? Are they flat or do they bubble upward? If you want the inside cleaned, do you need a ladder to reach them? Would you say that they are 10 feet or 20 feet from the floor?
  5. Are there any high windows where we would need to bring a ladder inside the house to reach such as a window over your door?
  6. Do you have any windows that do not open that may come in different shapes such as a half moon or ocatgon.
  7. Do you have any basement, garage, or attic window you would like to add? Are the attic windows on the third floor?
  8. Do the rest of the windows in your home open for air the same way, either up & down, slide side-to-side or crank open?
  9. Do your windows have storm windows? If so, are they on the inside or outside of the main window?
  10. Do your windows have dividers that separate the glass into small panes (like six over six, eight over eight, or larger)? If so, do these dividers come out or are they permanently in the windows?
  11. What service or business package are you interested in buying?

Sonshine's pricing is based on:

  1. Number of units

    How many of each window, door, etc.

  2. Style of the windows

    The size (2-sided or 4-sided), operation of the units (double hung, open panel, sliding window, or fixed panel), & the type of dividers (no dividers, removable dividers, true dividers, or non-removable dividers). Special windows should be included also.

  3. Size of the units

    Small, medium, large, extra large...

  4. Package the client would like to have performed.
  5. Cleaning process to use for glass, screen, sill/track cleaning.
  6. Applicable service charges

Price - Discounts/Sales + 7% Tax = Final Price
