Sonshine recommends purchasing a Maintenance Service Agreement whereby we spray the requested service area with a Caltex solution on a determined schedule to keep your home/building looking its very best. Once done, Sonshine will guarantee the problem wil never exist again and if it does occur, we will service those areas under your Caltex Maintenance Agreement at no cost to you. Sonshine reserves the right to set and adjust Caltex Maintenance Agreements to achieve the best results for the client's home/building surfaces while under a Caltex Maintenance Agreement. Caltex Cleaning Disclaimer

If a surface is beyond cleaning or restoring, that surface would have to be either replaced, resurfaced, or repainted to bring the desired results. Anything that is newly painted or where paint that has not cured must be identified to the technicians before the service can be performed. If this is not done, we cannot be cannot be held responsible for any damage to this painted surface, such as paint bubbling, lightening or removal of paint from the said surface.
