Arrival At Your Home

We request that you give our service personnel an hour before and after your appointment time in case they encounter any unforeseen difficulty. If our service personnel are running later than one hour, you will be kept informed of their delay. If you can give Sonshine additional contact numbers such as home, work and/or cell numbers, we will try to keep you advised of our estimated arrival time. We ask your cooperation during our busies months of April, May, June, October & November when weather, traffic, personnel shortages or the slightest change in the schedule can cause delays. The more contact numbers we have the better able we are to keep you advised of any change in your appointment (to make it earlier or later). We try our best to service all those scheduled for any day but cannot guarantee any appointment during those busy months of April, May, June, October & November.
